You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization, use the Site to transmit harmful or malicious content, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

Content on our website is provided for general information only and does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. For advice tailored to your circumstances, you must formally engage TaxWhiz through a paid service.

Online payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method and agree to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable sales tax (GST/HST/QST), which is calculated at checkout based on your province. Once work on your engagement has begun, payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information; uploading required tax documents through the secure client portal; informing us of any errors or omissions; reviewing your return before signing; and maintaining your own copies of submitted documents. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may affect the accuracy of your return.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxWhiz is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, delays caused by missing documents or late submissions, CRA or Revenu Québec reassessments resulting from incorrect or omitted taxpayer information, or damages arising from use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, and documents, is the property of TaxWhiz Professional Services Corp. and may not be reproduced without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
