Online payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a payment, you:

  • Authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method
  • Agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices
  • Understand that payments are non-refundable once work has begun

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information
  • Uploading required tax documents
  • Informing us of errors or omissions
  • Reviewing your return before signing
  • Maintaining your own copies of submitted documents

Failure to provide complete information may impact the accuracy of your return.

5. Limitation of Liability

TaxWhiz is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide
  • Delays caused by missing documents or late submissions
  • CRA reassessments resulting from incorrect or omitted taxpayer information
  • Damages arising from use of the Site

Our liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid for the service.
